“Good–.” Pietro told her, reaching over to pet the puppy that he had gotten. It had been the last of the little and was older than most puppies were when adopted–but still cute and playful; he had thought that Wanda would like the puppy. And that was totally not an excuse to shy away from the fact that he had wanted a puppy.
